Two of the most sought after activities south of Cebu is  Oslob’s whaleshark interaction and the Kawasan Falls  canyoneering. The magnificent whalesharks will WOW you with their gentle nature despite their overwhelming size. They glide gracefully in the water unmindful of ecstatic tourists and may occasionally and unintentionally bump into you.

Badian’s Kawasan canyoneering on the other hand gives you the adrenaline rush of an ultimate adventure. It will be a test of onesendurance and appetite for high jumps! And as you navigate through canyons, be prepared for the breathtaking views!

3:00AM/4:00AM – Pick-up at Cebu City hotel or Mactan Resort

8:00AM – Whaleshark activity
9:00AM – Breakfast at local restaurant (charged to guest)

9:30 AM – Proceed to Tumalog Falls (note that this is closed every 3rd Wednesday of the month for upkeep)

10:30AM – Leave for Kawasan Falls

12:30PM – Lunch c/o tour package

1:15PM – Start of Canyoneering

5:00PM – End of Canyoneering
5:30PM – Leave for Cebu City with option to take drive thru dinner along the way

9:00PM/10:00PM – Drop of @ hotel/resort

      • Whaleshark activity : Free use of life jacket & diving masks (please bring own snorkel
        for hygiene purposes-optional), eco tour fees, GoPro rental, boatman tips, service towels
        • Option to upgrade to diving with whalesharks just add PHP 2500.00/pax)
        • Beginners will be given a 20-minute intro to diving and will be assisted
          althoughout the underwater observation by a dive master.
      • Tumalog Falls : eco tour fees, local guide, round-trip motorbike fare
    • BADIAN Kawasan Zipline & Canyoneering:
      • Motorbike or multicab service ride to jump off point
      • Free use of life jacket, helmet, trekking shoes/sandals
      • Zipline and canyoneering eco tour fees

  • Boljoon Church(17th century)
  • Argao Town for the traditional hablon weaving, the famous Jessie’s traditional torta
    (local muffin), the Guilang’s Tableya (100% pure cocoa)
  • Carcar for lechon tasting and chicharon pasalubong shopping

6:30 PM onwards  Drop off

OTHER NOTES:

  • Children 2 years old and below are free of charge at the eco tour areas.
  • There are no 4-5 star resorts in Oslob.

 

USE OF SUNBLOCK:

  • Use of sunblock is prohibited in the whaleshark encounter as this may alter the water chemistry and affect the health of the whalesharks. They may be used in all other activities.

 

WHALESHARK NO SIGHTING POLICY:

  • There is a possibility that whalesharks may not be seen during the tour or the activity may suspended because of an unforeseen event, bad weather condition, and/or other environmental factors beyond the management’s control. In such event, no refund will be issued on the used transportation charges.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Full refund is given less minimal agency fees if cancellation is made 48 hours prior activity.
  • No refund will be issued for NO SHOWS.
